Fábio G. Massanga is the Founder and CEO of Cubeshackles, an Angola-first financial infrastructure platform focused on identity-linked transactions, payment visibility, and regulator-readable systems. He is also the Managing Member of Biu-g Holdings LLC, where he leads the development of sovereign financial architecture designed for African markets.
His work is centered on solving structural inefficiencies across financial access, compliance, and institutional coordination. Cubeshackles is engineered to operate natively within Angola’s regulatory framework, aligning with the Banco Nacional de Angola, Ministério das Finanças, Administração Geral Tributária, ARSEG, and CMC.
Prior to building Cubeshackles, Massanga developed experience across capital markets, managing equities and derivatives portfolios and operating within structured trading environments. He later concentrated exclusively on futures markets, refining execution discipline, liquidity understanding, and standardized risk management.
He is also the founder of BIU.G Academy, a platform providing financial literacy and sovereign economic education across Angola and the broader African continent.
